Oversees all marketing and business development activities associated with in-house developed products and services including vehicle tracking systems, hardened electronics, software development, and long term managed services.

Ian Jones -

Joined CTI in 2002 as a network
engineer and now leads all network solution operations at
CTI including sales and engineering in all geographies. Ian
is an engineer at heart with network engineering
certifications at the highest levels. He remains actively
involved in the architecture and application of
network-based advanced technology, including specifically
IP-based contact center solutions.
