renewed Gold Certification from Cisco Systems, Inc. The
Cisco Channel Partner Program provides CTI with the resource
framework to develop an expertise to sell, plan, design,
implement and operate Cisco networking solutions. To earn
Gold Certification Coleman Technologies had to meet or
surpass the stringent personnel, training, customer
satisfaction, specialization and post sales support
requirements set forth by Cisco.
As part of
the partner process, Cisco places great emphasis on customer
satisfaction. In order to maintain Gold certification, CTI
must participate in Cisco’s customer satisfaction program
and maintain a minimum score. During the most recent
survey, CTI received 4.9/5.0 in customer satisfaction for IP
Communications and 4.8/5.0 in customer satisfaction for
Security.
