As an
important subcontractor to the MDA, Coleman Technologies
provides support to the evolving Ballistic Missile Defense
System (BMDS) System Engineering Team (DEE), Sensors Directorate
(SN), and the Command, Control and Battle Management (C2BMC)
program Office.
Coleman Technologies currently provides
technical oversight and program management
support to various MDA project offices. CTI
supports all phases of the DoD Planning,
Programming, Budgeting, Execution System
(PPB&ES), Requirements definition and analysis
process. CTI prepares and facilitates
program-level budget execution and program
management reviews within several MDA programs,
as well as providing analysis of technical, cost
and budgetary issues in response to inquiries
from the MDA Director, the DoD, and Congress.
